Dr. K. S. Ravindranath, 61 years old, is the Whole-Time Director of the Company. Holds a Diploma in Engineering from PAC Ramaswamy Raja College of Polytechnic, Rajapalayam, and Holds an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University – a Degree in Doctor of philosophy. In charge of Operations and site management, since the inception of the company. He has gained wide technical experience & knowledge in the wind industry.
Mr. B R Baskaran is a finance and legal professional with over 38 years of diverse experience in accounting, taxation, and judicial service. He secured top academic distinctions, including first rank in college, second rank in Madurai Kamaraj University, and All India ranks in both CA Intermediate and Final examinations. He practised as a Chartered Accountant in Madurai, Tamil Nadu from 1986 to 2007, specialising in audit, taxation, and advisory services. In November 2007, he joined the Central Government service as Accountant Member (Judge) in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, serving in Visakhapatnam, Cochin, Bangalore, and Mumbai benches until April 2025. Recognised for his expertise in direct tax laws and impartial adjudication, Mr. Baskaran is presently engaged in legal practice as an Advocate, enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, with a focus on taxation and commercial law.
Mr. N.K. Haribabu, Director -Finance & Chief Finance Officer, Qualified Chartered Accountant. Worked with Reputed Concerns Viz. PNB – Finance, Merchant Banking & Capital Market Division. Has varied experience of over two decades in the areas of Financial Analysis, Project Management & Financing
Dr.K.R.Shyamsundar, Independent Director, is an Indian Police Service Officer of the 1977 batch of Tamil Nadu cadre. He served for three-and-a-half decades both in Tamil Nadu and in the Centre as District Superintendent of Police Tuticorin, ADC to Governor, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law & Order) South Chennai, DIG of Ramnad Range and Villupuram Range, Inspector General of Police, Economic Offences Wing – Financial Institutions (CB CID), Director Fire & Rescue Services, Director General of Prisons, DGP & Director, Vigilance & Anti-Corruption, Tamil Nadu and as CMD DGP, Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation Limited. No one in India is more experienced than Dr.K.R.Shyamsundar in the investigation of Bank Fraud cases and he has supervised 650 bank fraud cases including a dozen cases worth 100 Crores and more. He has been decorated with two President’s Police Medals for his Meritorious and Distinguished Service and he was the youngest to be decorated with this honor.
Ms.Sangeeta Lakhi, has been with Rajani Associates since its inception and has been instrumental in the Firm’s development and growth. Sangeeta passed her LL.B. examination in 1993 and carries with her an experience of more than 29 years. Sangeeta has been handling the Capital Markets practice of the Firm since 2004.
Sangeeta has completed more than 150 issues of IPOs, OFS, Rights, Follow-ons, GDRs, FCCBs, and QIPs, each of them full-fledged transactions. Each transaction has been unique and no one transaction has been the same as the other. Sangeeta has handled these issues for companies in almost all sectors, whether they be pharma, textiles, oil, manufacturing, service, etc.
While the capital market sleeps, Sangeeta is busy with her Banking & Finance activities, not to mention the usual corporate work. Sangeeta advises corporates in domestic and international (external commercial borrowings) loan transactions, as well as, advance payment supply agreements. Sangeeta has also handled the US$ 2 billion structured finance transaction for one of the big industry houses.

Mr. Raghavendran Sridhar, aged about 52 years, is a marketing professional. He is a Science Graduate. His area of expertise is in the field of Print Media. He has been associated with prestigious media groups such as “The Indian Express” and “The Hindu”. He is widely travelled. and has special experience in the State of Orissa where he headed the Circulation department for “The Indian -Express”. He has interacted with a multitude of Government departments and organizations and has time and again proved himself to be a go-getter. His experience shall be of immense value to the Company.
