Dr. K. S. Ravindranath, 61 years old, is the Whole-Time Director of the Company. Holds a Diploma in Engineering from PAC Ramaswamy Raja College of Polytechnic, Rajapalayam, and Holds an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University – a Degree in Doctor of philosophy. In charge of Operations and site management, since the inception of the company. He has gained wide technical experience & knowledge in the wind industry.
Mr. N.K. Haribabu, Director -Finance & Chief Finance Officer, Qualified Chartered Accountant. Worked with Reputed Concerns Viz. PNB – Finance, Merchant Banking & Capital Market Division. Has varied experience of over two decades in the areas of Financial Analysis, Project Management & Financing
Ms.Sangeeta Lakhi, has been with Rajani Associates since its inception and has been instrumental in the Firm’s development and growth. Sangeeta passed her LL.B. examination in 1993 and carries with her an experience of more than 29 years. Sangeeta has been handling the Capital Markets practice of the Firm since 2004.
Sangeeta has completed more than 150 issues of IPOs, OFS, Rights, Follow-ons, GDRs, FCCBs, and QIPs, each of them full-fledged transactions. Each transaction has been unique and no one transaction has been the same as the other. Sangeeta has handled these issues for companies in almost all sectors, whether they be pharma, textiles, oil, manufacturing, service, etc.
While the capital market sleeps, Sangeeta is busy with her Banking & Finance activities, not to mention the usual corporate work. Sangeeta advises corporates in domestic and international (external commercial borrowings) loan transactions, as well as, advance payment supply agreements. Sangeeta has also handled the US$ 2 billion structured finance transaction for one of the big industry houses.
Sangeeta has a thirst for adventure and when not travelling to different parts of the world, is an avid watcher of the National Geographic Channel.
Mr. Raghavendran Sridhar, aged about 52 years, is a marketing professional. He is a Science Graduate. His area of expertise is in the field of Print Media. He has been associated with prestigious media groups such as “The Indian Express” and “The Hindu”. He is widely travelled. and has special experience in the State of Orissa where he headed the Circulation department for “The Indian -Express”. He has interacted with a multitude of Government departments and organizations and has time and again proved himself to be a go-getter. His experience shall be of immense value to the Company.
